Reflections
To look back on my past experiences to examine what emerges. Maybe like an integration process for meeting myself really more presently here and now. The entanglement that maybe within the mind that I wish to see so I can choose differently now. It has taken a lot of personal work incorporating much time and particular practices to be more present and observe my thoughts, actions and behaviors that arise now. I self examine so that I am a true reflection of the now. At first it goes against what I know as I learn a new way of knowing. And I hear now the voices of many spiritual teachers say; travel to the unknown, know less, know nothing and then you will be free. Reflection is like standing on the top of a mountain and as you look around at all that is below you reflects your past and where you stand is now new and the wisdom from this viewpoint has a new horizon.
