You Have Choice
Intentions are merely conscious choices. Conscious choices are not dictated by fear, doubt, old habits and patterns or even a particular outcome. And just think; We make hundreds of choices a day and many unconsciously, but also many with the understanding that choices no longer serve you or another in anyway. Intentions to make more conscious choices derive from particular mindful practices like yoga, breath work and meditation. Through this process one cultivates will power and discipline towards something that is greater than yourself. Dharma!!
